At Jurovaty Properties, LLC, the goal is to provide high-quality home improvement services that meet expectations. Despite best efforts, issues may arise. This policy outlines conditions for a refund.
1. Right to Cancel:

Return of Goods: Upon cancellation, any delivered goods must be made available to the contractor in substantially the same condition.

Contractor's Expense: The contractor is responsible for the expense and risk associated with the return shipment of goods if instructed.
2. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Work:
